Chocolate chip cookies are everyone's favorite. Everybody loves to have a chocolate chip cookie with a glass of cold milk.
Here's how you can make chocolate chip cookies easily
at home. Trust me, this is very simple and yet very delicious.
Here's what you need.
Ingredients -

115g unsalted butter. (you can also melt this or
else keep in room temperature)

185g of all-purpose floor
·
100g of light brown sugar
·
100g of light brown sugar
·
1 large egg
·
1 teaspoon of vanilla
·
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
·
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
·
1/2 teaspoon of salt
·
200g of chocolate chips
Direction -
·
Add butter, light brown sugar, and dark brown
sugar and mix them.
·
Add egg and vanilla and mix the ingredients
well.
·
Then, sift flour, cornstarch, salt, and baking
soda in a separate bowl. Add this to the butter mixture until all are blended.

Add chocolate chips to the mixture in this
stage. If you don't have chocolate chips, you can also use a chocolate bar and
chop them into small chunks.

Keep the mixture in the refrigerator for at least
an hour. You can also keep this in the refrigerator overnight.

After 1 hour, take a baking tray and lay a
parchment paper on it. You can either use an ice cream scoop or else a
tablespoon full of the cookie dough and shape them into balls.

Preheat the oven to 165 Celcius. Keep the
scooped cookies on the tray by keeping space in between the cookies. (leave
around 2 inches). Bake the cookies for 15-20 minutes.

Let the cookies cool on the tray.
There you have the freshly baked chocolate chip
cookies. Enjoy with a cold glass of milk.
