Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chocolate chip cookies are everyone's favorite. Everybody loves to have a chocolate chip cookie with a glass of cold milk.

Here's how you can make chocolate chip cookies easily at home. Trust me, this is very simple and yet very delicious.

Here's what you need.

 

Ingredients -

·    115g unsalted butter. (you can also melt this or else keep in room temperature)

·    185g of all-purpose floor

·    100g of light brown sugar

·    100g of light brown sugar

·    1 large egg

·    1 teaspoon of vanilla

·    1 tablespoon of cornstarch

·    1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

·    1/2 teaspoon of salt

·    200g of chocolate chips

Direction -

·    Add butter, light brown sugar, and dark brown sugar and mix them.

·    Add egg and vanilla and mix the ingredients well.

·    Then, sift flour, cornstarch, salt, and baking soda in a separate bowl. Add this to the butter mixture until all are blended.

·    Add chocolate chips to the mixture in this stage. If you don't have chocolate chips, you can also use a chocolate bar and chop them into small chunks.

·    Keep the mixture in the refrigerator for at least an hour. You can also keep this in the refrigerator overnight.

·    After 1 hour, take a baking tray and lay a parchment paper on it. You can either use an ice cream scoop or else a tablespoon full of the cookie dough and shape them into balls.

·    Preheat the oven to 165 Celcius. Keep the scooped cookies on the tray by keeping space in between the cookies. (leave around 2 inches). Bake the cookies for 15-20 minutes.

·    Let the cookies cool on the tray.

 

There you have the freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. Enjoy with a cold glass of milk.
