Garlic Bread

Need an easy appetizer on the table for dinner? Here's how to make our all-time favorite appetizer GARLIC BREAD!

 

1)Ingredients

·  4-6 cloves of chopped garlic 

·  1/2 cup of butter (room temperature)

·  Bread slices (as needed)

·  Chopped curry leaves or parsley

·  Grated cheese (optional)

·  Chopped green chilies (optional)

2) Directions

·  Mix garlic, melted butter, curry leaves (or parsley), and chilies in a bowl together. You can either add parsley to this mixture or else sprinkle later. (Add more 1-2 cloves of garlic if you like more garlic flavor on your garlic bread)


·  Spread the garlic & butter mixture all over the bread slices.

·  Now add grated cheese on top.

·  You can also bake this at 175°C for 10 minutes. Make sure to wrap the garlic bread with an aluminum foil if you are baking.

·  You can also butter a pan and pan-fry this for 5 minutes on a medium flame until the garlic bread turns in to golden brown. Cover the top of the pan, so the cheese will melt better.

 Serve warm for the best garlic bread. Enjoy with your family.
